On account of the varied and various diverse groups of lightworkers having no real solid foundation other than inspiration to determine base philosophy, below is a small fact sheet listing some of the major points that generally all lightworkers tend to share amongst oneanother.
The truth is that while lightworkers come from all religions, races, people groups, religions, ethnicities, cultural ties, and languages the majority of Lightworkers tend to be privately if not explicitly monist. Some are also non-dualist, but they are never dualist as dualism implies separation, division, fear, and grasping false worldly illusion of dominance, power, and subjugation. Rather, lightworkers seek an end to separation and full global unity to the source creative cosmic love vibrations that initially brought all things into existence in the first place. It is the goal of all lightworkers to heal this fear and to bring all people into a state of infinite abundance.
In terms of creation, there are a few things worth mentioning. While there are many names, terms, and beliefs as to what initially brought this world into existence and how all lightworkers agree that whatever it was and whatever you call it, whatever created all things acted upon infinite love for all creatures and sentient beings and that this is the only important thing worth mentioning in relation to said creative force or entity. This leads to the second thing often also worth mentioning, that hidden inside each and every single one of us and all things is a little spark of whatever it was that initially created us. And this leads to the last and third most inferior thing to mention, that life on this planet has been falsely lead to believe that love exist as an exterior force and that one must worship said external objects or beings and/or surround oneself with 'outwards' objects in order to draw love from those things and beings. Quite simply, all things have constituted through separation a false face to cloak their own connection to creative forces and therefore have lost sight of their divinity from within. It is a main goal of lightworkers to remind the world that not only are they loved beyond comprehension, everyone and everything is literally love. And love is the only thing worth considering real.
All lightworkers [conscious to this fact or not] share the common goal of spreading light and cosmic love to the masses in order to lead way to new higher states, evolution of consciousness and an end to separation. What lightworkers do not tend to agree upon however is how exactly this is to be done, as sometimes they may implement strange and uncommon methods to get peoples attention or to help the earth. For example, some lightworkers take in heavy views in environmental, social, and political issues whereas others may take on a heavy spiritual emphasis with uncommonly personal holistic methods. Another debate among lightworkers is how to balance inner and outer forces. Does one strive to only live in a personal heaven which completely ignores the unethical world around you to the point of blissful ignorance or should one focus on taking necessary global actions to remove unethical obstacles that keep others from manifesting their own personal heavens? Lightworkers in general follow a mind-body-spirit approach and may favor mind[master creators], body or heart[saviors], or the spirit[warrior] approach over the other two. The savior types are the most uncommon and have a rare balance between abilities of the mind and the spirit types that are otherwise lacked by them. Unfortunately, the warrior and master creator types often tend to not get along as well as they should. Even though warrior types tend to do the dirty work that master creator types avoid [you think they would be grateful?] It is not uncommon for a warrior type to be accused of negativity, and master creator types of ignorance. Warrior types often have a duty to the astral, master creator the causal, and savior types mostly just lovingly mediate between the two.
When one first realizes a call to become a lightworker a miraculous thing happens. You begin looking at the world with new eyes that allow you to see the pattern of separation in the world. You begin to see love in all things. One begins to lose sense of dualistic judgment, while still recognizing that there is yet global separation in the world that will be resolved. For example, lightworkers who were once rather intolerant of groups perceived to be on the outside of their belief, social, ethnic groups may actually begin to accept them as having a meaningful purpose in the world and seek common grounds. In another matter of speaking, rather than seeing two things as separate things one may begin to view them as more or so two side of the same coin. One begins seeing the perceptive truth in opposites and that all things are part of a systematic and necessary true-false/false-truth process that is both linear and circular. In the theological and metaphysical sense this is commonly refered to as AT-ONE-MENT or as a Christian would say Atonement - making one again.
Lightworkers tend to be more spiritual than religious and contrary to to the apparent opinions of some people the majority of lightworkers both conscious and unconscious to their purpose actually have little involvement in the 2012 new age movement. Rather, when one realizes an innate calling to lightwork it often leads to inner peace and sincerity in whatever movement [religious or not] one is involved in and they take a greater role in being a service and blessing to others. Whether or not one is involved in this or that group is not an issues with many lightworkers and therefore they develop a flexibility that allows them to commune with multiple spiritual and religious groups. Some may chose to stay isolated, but this is rarer and usually a matter of personal choice and mission; regardless it is often still common [from upbringing or personal reasons] for a lightworker to identify personally with one group over others however. Although while not overtly religious many still identify with the tendencies of figures such as Jesus Christ, the Buddha, Quan Yin, Socrates, etc and seek to emulate their good points.
One thing that many light workers have in common is that they have experienced supernatural happenings. It is very common for lightworkers to have had experiences with angels, demons, spirits, aliens, ghosts, negative and positive beings of all sorts. Many have developed irrational fears of being judged because they know that other people may not necessarily believe that the majority of their active life exists on an entirely different level than those around them, and involves communication or contact with intelligent non-human beings who have tried to help or hurt them in some way. Furthermore, some lightworkers report miraculous happens in their life where they were able to perform some feats defying commonly accepted reality such as an ability to manifest thought to the point of creating miracles, reading other peoples minds and emotions, being instructed and given messages by non-human beings [sometimes in public places where they embarrass themselves reacting to conversations], having strong healing abilities, inner understanding, and etc. Unfortunately, in some cases this sometimes leads to emotional problems from parental figures actively embarrassing them for acting natural, in turn causing delayed social skill understandings until later in life. Lightworkers extremely effected by negative external circumstances from being punished for who they are inside may be diagnosed as schizotypal, schizoid, or avoidant. It is not uncommon to hear stories of people who endured deep isolation from the surrounding world and living in dysfunctional family situations. Some may incur repeat realities where they constantly self-sabotage their ability to manifest heaven for themselves. Because of this common element found among lightworker this has lead them to emphasize a "heal yourself, to heal the world" approach to life where they learn to remove blocks keeping them from their own abundance. In doing so, they learn solid steps that they can use helps other doing the same and eventually seek to instruct and inform others from their own life experiences.
A promise made long ago, every life first forgotten, all memories distorted, eventually remembered, for all creatures big and small. We shall not rest, or retire, or seek that desired place, until all children have found the same. Heaven no different than hell. Hell no different than heaven. Protectors of the helpless, bringers of light, teachers of love, storehouses of compassion. So long as seperation remains, our work shall not be done. And till the end shall it be.
